We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Upsell products or services to increase sales
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM software
- Sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
