• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.

• Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Duties and Responsibilities
• A self-starter who can assist with running budget and financial reports from the NAVAIR Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT). 
• Maintain and coordinate in support of the IPT.
  • High level of experience with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Distribute briefs and files for all meetings.
• Coordinate/update briefs and documents
  • Collect various talking points from team for submission.
•  Other duties as assigned: PMR planning, CR scheduling, etc.
•  Experience handling sensitive information.
•  Strategic Planning
  • Meeting Minutes/Action Items.
  • Whiteboard sessions (strategies, plans).
  • Execute planning session ideas. 

• ​Domestic Travel Required

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• Experience with Program Management Tool (PMT) and Acquisition Document support (Statements of Work (SOWs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs)).
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Programs to include Outlook, Teams, Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills. 

• BA/BS degree. 
• Allowable Substitutions: Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. OR Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
