Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is seeking a Healthcare Litigation Practice Attorney for a hybrid work arrangement based in our Cherry Hill, Newark, or Philadelphia offices. This is an excellent opportunity to work on interesting and complex insurance coverage and litigation matters, with a particular focus on representing managed care and health insurance clients in a wide array of matters involving ERISA, out-of-network provider reimbursement and contract disputes. Additionally, this role offers the flexibility of a reasonable billable hours expectation, an attainable hours bonus, and a path for advancement and specialization.

Candidates with the below experience and credentials are invited to apply:

• Minimum 3-5 years of insurance coverage and/or claims litigation experience;
• Admitted to practice in New Jersey (Pennsylvania and/or New York admission a plus);
• Experience with healthcare/disability/ERISA a plus.
