We are a single doctor orthodontic specialty practice located in Clearwater, FL looking for a professional, vibrant, and organized Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills, poise, and professional appearance. A positive attitude, confidence, creative tendencies, and self-driven qualities are desired. Bilingual is a plus; but not required.

Responsible for new patient conversion while building patient relations and pursuing coordination of patient care duties.

Duties include and are not limited to:

• Facilitating new patient consultations and growth monitoring recall appointments.
• Development of patient charts after treatment has been recommended by the doctor including and not limited to notating clinical and administrative notes relevant to the patient’s visit.
• Providing patients with treatment fee quotes, building new contracts, collecting consent forms and information needed for the initiation of treatment under HIPAA compliant practices.
• Communication with the doctor and other providers to assist with coordination of patient care.
• Drafting and delivery of correspondence to patient and collaborating doctors.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Associates Degree (Preferred)

Experience:

• 1 years of Sales and Customer Service experience (Required)
• Competent in Microsoft programs/applications (Required)
• Orthodontic Assisting or Dental experience (Preferred)
• Bilingual (Preferred, Spanish a plus)

Job Type:

Full-time (40 hours per week) (On-site)

*NOTE: This is a FULL-TIME position. The employee must be available to work the required employee hours which include M-F and occasionally weekends (for special events).
