We are a small repair shop looking for a front counter assistant to help us run the day to day work order management , parts ordering , customer interaction and billing and invoicing , parts room organization, etc

-self directed and reliable and punctual is a must

-Automotive back ground is a plus
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
