Strange’s has position openings for floral customer service associates at the Short Pump and Mechanicsville locations. The Floral Customer Service Associate is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service per company standards and receiving/processing sales efficiently through POS systems. The essential candidate has outstanding customer service skills and maintains a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Pay rate to be discussed during the interview process.
Scheduling: *3 days/week @ 8 hours a day
*must be available to work Saturdays
Job Responsibilities
- Issues receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
- Greets and assists customers with their floral selections and shopping experience
- Assists in the preparation of sales displays
- Answers phones and completes POS transactions
- Takes customer orders both over the phone and in store
- Presents the customer with product information
- Wraps bouquets and gift baskets
- Stocks shelves and prices product
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
