We are looking for a Accounting Manager to join our team! The Accounting Manager will oversee the accounting department functions with a focus on ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial statements for the organization and serves as a team leader within the department. Salary range 90K to 110K. 5 days On-Site work during training period they remote 1-2 days after training.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
• Manage Accounts Payable staff and processes.
• Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
• Maintains documented accounting policies and procedures
• Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
• Reviews budget reports and assists in budget preparation.
• Complies with local, state, and federal government requirements.
• Identifies and recommends updates to accounting processes and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

​ Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 5 years experience in Accounting or Finance
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with ERP and reporting tools
• Excellent management and supervisory skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Detail and deadline oriented
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel (VLookups/Pivot Tables)
• Familiarity with SAP Concur is a plus
