The Opportunity:
This role is commission-only. As a Head of Business Development you will focus on partnering with companies, building new relationships, negotiating contracts, and securing new business. You will be one of the first 5 employees. This person will need a strong business development track record with direct experience in agency recruiting. You will have the opportunity to grow into VP and Director level. This role will also have autonomy and will build the entire BD/Sales function, eventually building a BD/Sales team.
