Science/Focus : Gene Editing

Job Overview: This role will drive early phase clinical trials for gene editing cardiovascular therapies, working independently in a fast-paced, innovative environment, reporting to the Senior Director of Clinical Research.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with medical monitors and scientists on clinical trial management, including participant safety and site interactions.
• Manages the selection process for study participants, ensuring thorough and efficient review.
• Analyzes and interprets clinical trial data to inform research direction.
• Facilitates communication between clinical operations, data management, and regulatory teams to ensure project coherence.

Primary Job Requirements:

• Healthcare degree and 5 years of clinical experience (7 with a Bachelor's), preferable in internal medicine or cardiology.
• Experience in clinical research or industry clinical development, with familiarity in study documents and data review.
• Knowledge of biostatistics, GCP, and clinical study regulations is valued; prior CRO and vendor interaction is a bonus.
• Must possess meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational and communication abilities, and be adept at cross-functional teamwork.
