Job SummaryThe Director of Stratascale Sales is responsible for managing sales activities and will need to have a track record in managing a large geography, attaining aggressive sales goals and the development of senior level sales talent. The position is a challenging and dynamic opportunity for the right individual that requires the ability to lead by example, mentor in a senior capacity and recruit top-level talent. The Sales Director – Stratascale will report to the Regional Sales Vice President . This position is a remote position that may be required to report to a Stratascale office location as required for business needs as determined by Stratascale management. Collaborate with Regional VP and develop sales strategy, business plan aligned with field teams and business units
Drive new client acquisition, growth of accounts and proper mentorship of Account Executives to exceed goals
Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to senior leadership in client accounts
Build a sales team by recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
Oversee the interviewing of a hiring team encouraging the diversity of background and experience
Drive the team to create exponential territory growth
Partner and collaborate with internal technical support teams’ leadership
Promote and cultivate a culture of high performance and teamwork
Establish and develop strong Partner relationships
Work with Marketing to effectively create brand awareness
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales leadership with direct management of client executives supporting customers, not including channel or overlays.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a direct outside sales or Account Executive role
Experience with Large Enterprise clients with direct successful sales responsibilities in:
Experience continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products, solutions, and services to new and existing customers
Strong experience in prospecting, Strategic Account Planning, and Proven Solution Selling Acumen (MEDDICC, Challenger Sale, Solution/Spin Selling, or similar methodologies)
Prior experience in a start-up environment is a plus
Experience positioning existing or prior CXO relationships in targeted accounts, specifically advisory, consulting, and large professional services programs with senior IT and line of business leadership

Unique Requirements
Position requires 25% travel
Additional Information
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $300,000 - $350,000 which includes a base salary and commission. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
