JOB TITLE : General Program Manager – Task Lead

LOCATION : Washington DC

REQUISITION #: NCR-12444-24-USSF PMA

CLEARANCE : Secret

REPORTS TO : SABG Program Manager

FLSA STATUS : Regular Full-Time Exempt

SUMMARY : This contract has a contingency upon contact award. SABG is seeking a General Program Manager to support the USSF PMA in Washington DC.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct planning, developing, and overseeing implementation of personnel policies, guidance, programs, and legislative initiatives
  • Provide senior executive administrative support that includes but not limited to task management and orientation, product generation, calendar management, and familiarization with MilPDS, DTS, PRDA, IMR, CCAR, and AcqDemo
  • Develop and maintain a Project Management Plan
  • Update Integrate Master Schedule and provide monthly status report

SUPERVISION : This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Master’s Degree plus a minimum of 10 years of experience in
    Program or Project Management
  • 5 to 10 years of experience executing mission planning, implementation, and day-to-day office operations associated with senior executive level leadership including serving as an advisor and assisting with detailed planning of complex management projects, issues, and initiatives

COMPUTER SKILLS :

  • Skilled in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
  • Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

LANGUAGE SKILLS : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and/or procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS : Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY : Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data.
