Position: Controller
Location: Tulsa, OK ONSITE
Comp: up to $140K
SBCS has partnered with a growing company who is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Controller to join their team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data by performing regular audits and reconciliations
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and mitigate risk
• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making
• Manage the company's cash flow and monitor expenses to ensure they are within budget
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and track key performance indicators and financial metrics
• Lead and develop a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
• Manage multiple sites and consolidations as well as intercompany eliminations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA designation is highly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
