Reporting directly to the Director of Business Intelligence, the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing reports and dashboards, and providing strategic insights to support our clients business objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business decisions- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data requirements- Design and implement data models and data visualizations to support business intelligence initiatives- Identify and recommend improvements to data collection, storage, and analysis processes to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of reporting- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and clients in a clear and concise manner- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics to continuously improve our services and offeringsQualifications:- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex data sets- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), and Microsoft Excel- Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders- Proven track record of delivering high-quality and actionable insights to support business decisions- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously- Experience in the consulting industry is a plusWhy Work for Us:At Strategic Business Consulting Services, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
