We are established, expanding, and growing our staff and currently in search of a Driver Recruiter. The ideal candidate for this position must be computer-efficient, work in a fast-paced and repetitive office environment, self-starter and detail oriented most importantly.

What You’ll be Paid :
55,000-65,000 Per Year.
When You’ll be Working :
Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.

What are the job responsibilities?
- Strategically placing ads for open positions
- Effectively manage applicant pool & drive monthly fills based on established goals
- Ability to think outside the box when sourcing viable candidates
- Following up with prospective drivers to include :
o Answering incoming phone calls
o Making outbound calls for information gathering
o Responding to email in inquiries
