We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the determined budget, timeline, and scope.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Prolog for project tracking.
- Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and monitor expenses.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage construction site logistics and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Implement effective time management strategies to meet project deadlines.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Proven experience in construction project management.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction drawings.
- Familiarity with Construction estimating tools like HeavyBid.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
