Strategic Innovation Group (SIG) seeks a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager Support to join our dynamic team supporting clients in both the public and private sectors. Government contracting experience is preferred.

Salary: $95,000 to $115,000

Additionally, this position is expected to be generally remote with rare customer visits in Washington, DC metropolitan area as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Experience implementing and providing Agile Transformation for enterprise-wide adoption.
• Create and maintain and integrated master schedule covering all the technical activities and projects within the Office of Business Informatics. The schedule shall be maintained, updated, and posted weekly schedule should include dependencies and data elements to track end dates, responsible party, sponsoring office and other fields are requested.
• Shall provide comprehensive, business-driven, and sound technical architecture guidance to the project and acquisition management teams.
• Shall advise on expenditures based on the size, scope, and cost of hardware and software components
• Shall provide strategic guidance to business owners and project managers in order to achieve organizational goals and milestones aligned to the overall modernization strategy.
• Provide research and documentation support for policy, guidebooks, playbooks, etc.
• Shall contribute to monthly status report and contract meetings with the client.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience

• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail

• Open collaborative style; ability to work in a team environment and autonomously with minimal supervision or direction

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/SECURITY CLEARANCE

• Must have ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Vaccination requirements and testing are subject to the status of the federal contractor mandate and customer site requirements; testing is at the cost of the employee.
