Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Appointment Setter/Cold Caller to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for calling leads that we supply and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a proactive approach to prospecting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects using provided contact lists or databases.
• Introduce a free offer as a lead magnet and value proposition to potential clients.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and identify decision-makers within target organizations.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of scheduling an appointment to speak with our sales team.
• Use persuasive techniques to overcome objections and secure appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments scheduled.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an appointment setter or cold caller in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software (can be trained).
• Familiarity with sales techniques and lead generation strategies.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
