Your responsibilities at Enertron will include:
- Superior customer care and expedited service
- Create and respond to work order requests
- IT implementation and support services
- WAN and LAN service and support
- Documentation
- On-site and virtual solutions
Your skillset should include:
- Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, RDS, Office 365, Cloud, Azure, etc.
- WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, security
- Remote access support: VPN, RDS, LabTech, TeamViewer, etc.
- Telephony, communication, active listening, and customer care
- Ability to diagnose technical issues
- Self-motivated to keep up with a fast service pace
- Previous helpdesk experience a plus!
