DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

We are currently partnering with a well-respected client. We are searching for a well-rounded Director of Marketing to help lead their organization. This position oversees, develops and implements all marketing and communications programs related to the organization. The Director or Marketing serves as a member for the Executive Team helping identify and guide the company in new strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business – Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations preferred

Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to multi-task between all internal and external customers
• A self-starter, strategic thought leader
• Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
• Public relations skills, digital marketing skills, content marketing skills, event planning and management skills, etc.

Major Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for all marketing and communications efforts related to the company’s brand, including traditional (print collateral, trade shows, public relations, etc.) and digital media (website, email marketing, social media, SEO, lead generation)
• Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion and launching new programs
• As a part of the Executive Team, is responsible for evaluating and implementing new program development opportunities, business operations, and strategic initiatives aimed at improving company growth and profitability
• Responsible for all marketing and communications efforts as it relates to the National Accounts segment of the business, both traditional and digital marketing initiatives
• National Conference – Responsible for developing and implementing event planning, marketing and communications efforts for Company’s annual National Conference
• Includes all activities related to designing, developing, and coordinating program content and promotion and registration efforts, devilment of onsite program collateral, and development and sale of sponsorship packages
