Description:
Strategic Results is in search of dedicated professionals for the role of Curriculum Development and Operations Support at the Army War College in support of the Army Strategic Education Program (ASEP). This multifaceted position involves not only the development and refinement of course curricula but also the meticulous planning and execution of various operational aspects of the courses. You will be instrumental in crafting educational content, coordinating with key offices for attendee logistics, and managing comprehensive databases for participant information. Additionally, your responsibilities will extend to logistical planning, encompassing elements such as facility management, IT support, and coordination of transportation and lodging. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in curriculum development and a keen eye for detail, capable of balancing educational objectives with the seamless execution of operational tasks at the Army War College.
Experience:
- At least 18 months of experience in the last three years developing curriculum for General/Flag officer education or Professional Military Education (PME).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing or overseeing Senior Service College (SSC) courses or Graduate/Post-graduate academic curriculum in areas like Command and Leadership, National Security Policy, Strategy, and Military Strategy.
- Three years of experience in planning and executing events for senior leaders.
- Recent experience (within the last 2 years) working daily with high-level officials and staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
- Graduation from a DoD Senior Service College, SSC Fellowship, MEL 1 equivalent, Sergeants Major Course graduation, or 3 years’ experience as faculty for a Sergeants Major Course or any service Mel 1 or higher course.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and coordinate all conference operational details.
- Sample of developed curriculum or coursework to be provided with Task Order Execution Plan.
Location:
Carlisle Barracks, PA, with required travel.
