Strategic Sourcing (SSI) in Dublin, Ohio is looking for a highly motivated person that would enjoy a role with a solid base income plus a wide variety of activities and opportunities for commissions. A hard-working and successful candidate can significantly increase their earnings with generous incentives.
The successful candidate will be a bright, articulate, outgoing person with excellent communication skills. The position entails making 80 to 100 outgoing phone calls as well as 80 to 200 emails to businesses each day with the monthly goal of obtaining 8 to 10 quality appointments for our sellers and/or registering 8 to 10 attendees monthly for one of our company events.
They may also be promoted to a Sales Representative/Account Executive after 12 highly successful months in the BD role.
This is an entry level sales position. A high school degree is required, and a college degree preferred. The candidate’s ambition, drive, desire to succeed and to help other people is more important than technical experience or expertise although that is helpful.
Compensation:
· Compensation: $50,000 base salary plus
· Business Development incentives:
§ $10 per appointment scheduled and
§ $10 per attendee recruited to SSI events and
§ 4% of gross margin on product sales for new clients generated by the BDP for the first year of a new customer.
