Project Description:
- Replacing current portfolio of customer relationship and billing systems into a single solution using SAP.
- Providing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
- Attending meetings with the Business Team on a weekly basis to gather the requirements of customers to simplify the case, and work with developers to deliver the goal.
- Responsible for the configuration, build, deployment, and continuous integration of application software across numerous application technologies.
- Works closely with application teams, solution architects, and leadership to understand and manage the software landscape within the Enterprise.
- Partners closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure a stable and up to date software platform.
- Has a clear understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and manages the movement of application code throughout.
- Builds, programs, and manage production & non-production deployments, while leveraging continuous integration tools such as Jenkins to build agility.
- Automates internal deployments & management of software libraries using preferred SCM tools such as Clearcase and Git.
- Understands multiple application platforms such as J2EE (WAS and WebLogic) and ESB (IBM IIB and Data Power, SAP PO/PI), and SAP.
- Responsible for planning, managing and coordinating all the changes to both Production and Non-Production environments.
- Expertise in Basis Technologies Active Control for deploying SAP code and manages the application for the entire enterprise.
- Works on automation of servers and crone job setup and scheduling jobs depends on the deployment requirement.
- Uses Dynatrace and Nagios for application monitoring in terms of Java host checks and thread management.
- Responsible for publishing mobile applications for both Android and iOS.
- Works on creating various environments: Unit Test, Acceptance Test, Integration Test, User Acceptance Test and Production depending on the project requirement.
- Administrator for IBM WCM portal and manages all the Website changes in production.
- Responsible for creating Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines.
- Deploys web-based applications using Middleware Apache, MQ Series, WebLogic and WebSphere servers.
- Deploys Enterprise Service Bus and Advanced Metering Infrastructure projects using Data Power.
- Responsible for managing build tool Jenkins and its servers.
- Builds Intelligent Voice Recognition codes using Eclipse tool.
- Works on Linux Servers for staging codes in both Production and Non- Production environments.
- Creating and developing deployment automation scripts for multiple .Net and Java/J2EE applications.
- Recently implemented Amazon Web Services for Web Payments.
- Works on AWS instances like EC2, S3 & RDS.
- Creates scripts in python to deploy application from web-sphere to AWS EC2 instances.
