Job Title: Lead Business Analyst Location: Plano, TX Duration: 6 months On site

Job Description:
- Demonstrates customer interface/relationship skills.
- Performs well in the Business Analyst role with teams and has the ability to provide direction to other resources
- Defines high-level application, relationships, flows, implementation of business (processes, activities, functions, information), applications, and creates business and system use cases or functional specifications
- Analyses complex and new situations, anticipates potential problems and future trends, assesses opportunities, impacts and risks while developing and implementing plans and solutions to customer problems
- Focuses skills and experience on projects.
- Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.
- Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.
- Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members.
- Expertise in scripting and database languages such as Oracle PL/SQL, MySQL etc.
- Expertise in project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence
- Expertise in supporting business requirements for large scale applications in the concerned domain
- Strong knowledge in Defects tracking and release management
