Job Title: Process Manager – Hiring FAST!
Rate: $60/hr W2 Only – NO C2C
Location: Richmond, Virginia
Setting: Hybrid
Duration: 8 months.

Summary:
- Acquire and build Data Governance & Management knowledge.
- Acquire knowledge about each of HR’s Data Domains/ Experience Teams and their data landscape.
- Own access management of HR’s main data warehouse, People Data Platform (PDP): review/ approve access, create new Active Directory roles, etc. and serve as backup access reviewer for the People Data Hub.
- Document key DG processes by creating and maintaining Procedures/ Job Aids to ensure Business Continuity Support Enterprise and LoB-level Audit remediation work related to HR data Partner with Risk and various 1st and 2nd-line Oversight Teams to support joint-initiatives.
- Partner with People Technology to identify automation opportunities and support data tool migration efforts in partnership with another PA on the Team Support monthly and quarterly BAU Data Management activities.
- Help create and test Data Controls to mitigate process risks Act as subject SME to effectively partner with project customers to achieve desired outcome or improvement by acquiring requirements Support Onboarding/ ADS (Additional Data Sources) work into HR’s main data repository, People Data Platform (PDP), as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Access Mgmt. experience reviewing data access requests, role creations
- Help to register data -Support data related mgmt. activities
- Good to have Data Gov. experience
- Help monitor weekly and monthly Metadata DQ metrics
