Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of Project Management experience.
- Expertise work with Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Project, Jira/Jira Align and Confluence.
- Exceptional consulting skills
- Financial Services and/or Commercial Banking industry experience
- Ability to manage a program that will contain complex, projects that impact multiple businesses, technology and risk disciplines..
- Ability to negotiate, communicate, collaborate and influence to build successful relationships with all levels of leadership.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to articulate a complex problem, initiate action, make difficult decisions and generate creative solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile concepts and experience with Agile practices.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Project Management.
- Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas.
- Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Project Management business solutions.
