Job Overview
We are seeking an Advanced Skills Manager Specialist to join STi team at The Commander, Fleet Logistics Support Wing (CFLSW). Advanced Skills Manager Specialist will support aviation maintenance training for 11 squadrons at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Advanced Skills Management (ASM) system for CFLSW squadrons
• Coordinate and schedule aircrew and maintenance personnel for commercially contracted aviation courses
• Provide subject matter expertise on training requirements for C-130T and C-40 squadrons
• Oversee quota control and scheduling for aviation maintenance training
• Administer databases and personnel management systems
• Liaise between CFLSW leadership and training providers

Qualifications. The Advanced Skills Manager Specialist should have extensive prior Navy/Marine Corps experience with demonstrated administrative management skills such as database management and personnel management. The Advanced Skills Manager shall have 5 years of specialized experience in the following systems: ASM, NEC system, DCO, AMTCS, and other information technology systems to include Microsoft Office programs as applicable. The Advanced Skills Manager must possess strong oral and written communication skills.

• 5 years of specialized experience with ASM, NEC system, DCO, AMTCS, and related IT systems
• Extensive prior Navy/Marine Corps experience
• Strong administrative and database management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Demonstrated personnel management experience
