The Technical Consultant will provide expert guidance on the development, implementation, and maintenance of our client’s SharePoint platforms, including MainStreet and the Landing Page. This role includes consulting with COR and ACOR, recommending best practices, and supporting staff with SharePoint-related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with COR and ACOR on new SharePoint requirements, offering recommendations and strategies for development and implementation.
- Provide expert troubleshooting support for our client’s staff, addressing issues with site functionality, permissions, and features.
- Assist in developing and enhancing SharePoint sites and applications, including data migration, permissions management, and site structure.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and advise on potential SharePoint enhancements or custom solutions.
- Monitor SharePoint environments for potential issues, ensuring the continued functionality of all sites.
- Lead training sessions to address staff knowledge gaps and ensure efficient use of SharePoint tools.
- Must have a High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- Proven experience in managing SharePoint-based projects.
- Certifications in CompTIA A , CompTIA Network CE, Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive experience in SharePoint consulting and troubleshooting.
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint functionalities, including permissions, site structures, and libraries.
