Senior System Architect - Pega Platform (Remote)

As a Senior System Architect , you should hold certifications as a Pega Certified System Architect (CSA), Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA), and Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA). Additionally, you must currently reside in the U.S. and be eligible to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

WHO ARE YOU?

You are a Senior System Architect who will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of technical solutions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Collaborate with clients and team members at different locations, focusing on customer success throughout all project phases.
  • Provide high-quality deliverables that meet technical and functional requirements, owning the end-to-end delivery of major feature sets.
  • Work as part of the team, following guidance, while also independently leading sub-team efforts.
  • Support and mentor the team in compiling, delivering, and maintaining project deliverables, providing simplest designs that leverage out-of-the-box components and low-code options.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and project stakeholders, adapting communication styles accordingly.
  • Support project leaders in scoping, sizing development efforts, and managing scope and risk.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • US Citizenship required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar field.
  • 4 years of progressively responsible experience, or Master's with 2 years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions.
  • Experience in all phases of software development, including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business-centric, and process-based applications.
  • Expertise in Pega architecture, design, and implementation features, along with a solid understanding of reuse and portability in enterprise solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques and principles, along with experience leading in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION 

  • Industry or functional domain expertise.
  • Intelligent Automation and/or Customer Engagement Experience.
  • Prior consulting or client services delivery experience.
  • Pega certifications such as Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) and Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) are preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a Remote position.You are welcome to work anywhere in the United States, so long as you’re willing and able to travel domestically to meet clients, as needed.
