Senior Platform Architect - Remote

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Platform Architect to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will lead technical program-level activities and implement complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires extensive experience in ServiceNow consulting, technical leadership, and a deep understanding of business requirements.

Essential Functions:

• Lead the design and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic objectives.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet client-specific requirements and enhance functionality.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, and user interface elements to optimize user experience.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST APIs and web services.
• Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure quality delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders.
• Document technical designs, development activities, and deployment instructions according to best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• ServiceNow Certifications:
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ITSM Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM)
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow consulting and implementation.
• Proven track record as a technical lead in multiple large, complex, and global ServiceNow customer engagements.
• Experience in designing and presenting technical solutions to large audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Work Environment:

This is a remote position with flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and workshops.
