Senior ServiceNow Developer - Remote

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a strong understanding of business requirements and technical specifications to deliver high-impact IT solutions.

Essential Functions:

• Design, develop, and implement applications on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
• Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, and UI elements.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST APIs and web services.
• Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Document technical designs, development activities, and deployment instructions.

Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certification(s): Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified System Administrator (CSA), etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Work Environment:

This is a remote position with flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and workshops.
