Role Description

This is an on-site role as a Concierge - Floater at Stratton Amenities located in Silver Spring, MD. The Concierge - Floater will be responsible for providing concierge services, managing reservations, communicating with residents and guests, performing receptionist duties, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
