In this critical role, you will be the bridge between the Workers' Compensation (WC) department and the world of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). You'll ensure our FROI (First Report of Injury) and SROI (Subsequent Report of Injury) data is submitted electronically, accurately, and efficiently, adhering to all state-specific regulations. You'll also play a key role in analyzing the return on investment (ROI) of our WC EDI processes.
Responsibilities:

• Process FROI and SROI data for WC claims electronically using our designated EDI system.
• Maintain a meticulous eye for detail to ensure data accuracy and adherence to state reporting requirements.
• Investigate and troubleshoot EDI errors, collaborating with WC adjusters to resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze WC EDI processes to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Calculate and report on the ROI of our WC EDI implementation, demonstrating its financial benefits.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest WC EDI regulations and best practices.
• Provide training and support to WC staff on EDI processes and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, data analysis, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience working with EDI systems and data exchange processes.
• Strong understanding of Workers' Compensation claims management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
