Responsibilities:
- Lead and focus your sales team to achieve and exceed goals
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance the sales process
- Ensure high CSI standards are met or exceeded
- Build a strong customer network through effective communication and follow-up
- Support sales staff and assist in closing deals to drive revenue
- Manage the productivity and efficiency of the sales department
- Maintain positive relationships with manufacturers and lending institutions
- Facilitate regular sales training to promote team growth and development
Qualifications:
- 2 years of automotive sales experience required
- Proven track record in automotive sales with a passion for training and development
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections and negotiating pricing
- Must have a clean and valid driver's license
- Tech-savvy with internet and phone inquiry experience
