Key position functions include:

• Develop and implement document management policies and procedures.
• Work with internal teams to establish standard documentation templates, formats, and styles as required.
• Review and edit documentation for accuracy and completeness with traceability.
• Interact with various functions to have effective data collection process.
• Organizing the documentation in line with customer requirements.
• Compiling the Databook packages in line with customer requirements.
• Training the team members as required.

Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:

• 5 Experience with Documentation Package Management.
• High degree of familiarity with API Product Specification Levels and Performance Requirements
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Adobe.
• Experience with OneDrive, SharePoint and SAP would be an asset.
• Data organization and storage knowledge.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Having good organizational skills and good time management skills.
• Able to edit, proofreading, pay attention to detail.
