Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry-Level Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales and marketing, eager to learn, and ready to take on new challenges. As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will support our sales team in various tasks, contributing to the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible in managing our social media as well as creating valuable content for the sales reps to distribute.
Qualifications:
- Live in DFW, available to be in our Fort Worth office, Minutes south of DFW airport
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience with Branding, Market Research, and Reporting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (Linkedin, Canva).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting activities, follow-up activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, websites, and email marketing.
- Help design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities.
- Experience with ZoomINFO preferred.
