POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are hiring 2 full-time Maintenance Technicians to perform routine preventative service, HVAC inspections, and duct cleaning for our Family Plan Members' heating and air equipment. Do you enjoy getting to know your customers' wants and needs? Have you always wanted a position with the growth potential to become an HVAC Service Technician? If you answered "Yes" to either of these questions, we want to meet you!
RESPONSIBLITES:

• Conduct maintenance inspections for Family Plan members
• Perform light maintenance on HVAC systems (clean coils, etc)
• Clean Air Ducts in our customers' home
• Provide 5-star customer service every day
• Bring a great attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
• Take pride in the quality of work you create
• Keep your company truck clean and inventory-ready
• Properly complete paperwork
• Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6 months of HVAC experience
• Associate degree in HVAC (desired)
• EPA Certification (desired, but will help ideal candidate attain if necessary)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated individual who also enjoys contributing to a winning team
• Great problem-solver and collaborator
