We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and possess excellent leadership skills to support the Store Manager in daily operations.
Duties:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficiency
- Assist in managing staff and provide guidance as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Support employee orientation and training programs
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions
-Financial Analysis and Cash Handling-proficient in
accurately counting and reconciling large sums of money
Experience:
- Proven experience in retail sales and store management
- Proficiency in customer service
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Familiarity with shift management
