Looking for an experienced administrative assistant to work at a Downtown Real Estate office that has been around for over 20 years. Position would entail answering phone calls, providing messages to realtors, checking emails and responding, checking calendar for appointments, completing paperwork such as leases and sale files, filing, assist realtors to close out files, scheduling showings and confirming showings, making rental receipts, deposit rental payments, data entry, hosting events and open houses with realtors and other assignments as they come along.

In the same building there is a Wellness Center, where traffic has slowed down. However, we do serve the residents in the building, we do get 2-3 people a week to get testing done for Covid-19. Need to register patients, assist in having a sample taken for any test they need done. We perform Covid-19 antigen rapid and PCR testing. Patient does their own swab to collect the sample, or you can help them if needed. Registration of patient to be done into the lab portal along with sending results to patients via email. Provide billing company with all the data of the patient along with date of service details.

Qualities we are looking for: organized, punctual, flexible schedule along with previous administrative experience. Excellent customer service skills, a good typer, excellent computer skills and phone skills. Someone who takes their job seriously to help the company grow.

This position needs to be filled by December. Full time or Part time may be considered. Spanish speaking is a plus. Serious inquires only!
