Streetsboro Dental is Hiring an Experienced Dental Front Office Near Streetsboro, OH

Our team is actively hiring for a Full Time Dental Receptionist to support our growing team in Streetsboro, OH. This is a private practice and not a large corporate position. We are a people business first, dental business second. The starting pay for this position is $18-$23/hour depending on the right person and experience.

Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Fridays from 8am-1pm.

For our full-time Front Office who have made it through the probationary period and meet all requirements, we offer a very comprehensive and competitive benefits package, pay increases based on performance, and monthly bonuses!

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5pm and Friday 7:30am-1pm. No nights, weekends, or holidays!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Welcomes patients and visitors to the dental office by greeting patients and visitors in person and on the telephone and answering inquiries or referring questions to other staff members.
  • Schedules appointments for the providers to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time and most effective use of scheduling and operatories. Prepares a daily schedule for each provider.
  • Retrieves patient files as needed, checks for correct demographic and insurance data, inserts new patient record forms, and places files in sequence for provider examination or treatment.
  • Endeavors to keep patients on schedule by reminding provider of service delays.
  • Interfacing with patients as an ambassador of the practice, while providing exemplary patient customer service. Telephones insurance companies to verify coverages and maintains compliance with HIPAA.
  • Maintains reception area in a neat and orderly condition.
  • Assists patients with insurance and billing questions.
  • Opens and sorts office mail.
  • Uses computer programs specific to the dental industry and works with attention to detail and computer proficiency.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
