• Diagnose and repair automotive issues efficiently and accurately.
• Performing comprehensive maintenance and repair services to components such as transmissions, wheel bearings, water pumps, etc. 
• Conducting state-mandated vehicle emission and safety inspections in adherence to all relevant local and state regulations.
• Collaborating within a team to promptly and efficiently troubleshoot guest concerns.
• Conducting thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness in all preventive maintenance reports.
• Adhering to federal, state, and local regulations governing service operations, including protocols for hazardous waste disposal and OSHA standards.
• Supporting housekeeping duties as directed by management.
• Maintaining close communication with the service department to accurately assess and communicate vehicle issues to guests.
• Upholding and promoting our rigorous standards for safety, cleanliness, and organization.

• 5-10 years prior experience as an Automotive Mechanic/Technician demonstrating strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills 
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment to meet or exceed hourly goals

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
• Efficiently navigate a computer
