Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager located in Northport, AL. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for supervising maintenance staff, overseeing equipment maintenance, implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage maintenance teams effectively
- Equipment Maintenance: Experience in maintaining and servicing various equipment
- Preventive Maintenance: Knowledge of developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans
- Maintenance Management: Skills in overseeing maintenance operations and budgeting
- Maintenance & Repair: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
- 3 to 5 years experience in Electrical, PLC programming, Maintenance Management, and mechanical troubleshooting
