Job Description:

As a Sales Agent, you'll drive our sales initiatives and build lasting client relationships. We need passionate individuals with strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a love for health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Educate clients on our services and convert leads into memberships.
• Exceed sales targets with strategic selling and top-notch customer service.
• Use Club Ready CRM to manage leads and optimize client retention.
• Collaborate with the team to align on goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in health and wellness preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment.
• Proficiency in Club Ready CRM and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Previous fitness or membership sales experience.
• Passion for health and wellness.
