Position:
At StretchLab, we are a boutique fitness studio passionate about creating and sustaining long-term client and employee relationships. We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to help the Area General Manager manage the studio operations, drive membership sales, and lead a team of membership sales consultants with training, lead management, and building rapport with clients utilizing their own skill and leadership abilities. The ideal Assistant Sales Manager has some knowledge and experience with sales processes, and excels at lead management, relationship/community building, and driving sales. The role requires someone with an innate ability to inspire, coach, train, motivate and support a team of heartfelt individuals to their best selves. We’re seeking a quick learner who is open to developing and learning a myriad of skills and functions of a small, boutique business in a nurturing and supportive environment where passion meets purpose.
