Stribling Equipment, LLC is one of the largest John Deere Dealerships selling new and used construction, compaction, forestry, and concrete equipment in Mississippi, West Tennessee, and Arkansas. We also provide parts and service, as well as rental equipment, and training services. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Service and Product Support Manager to lead our team in Jackson, Tennessee. Leadership or management experience in an Agricultural, Forestry, Construction or related industry is highly preferred
Knowledgeable of the Jackson, TN area and its surrounding municipalities
Proficient in using computers, mobile applications, and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based programs
Previous experience within a John Deere dealership or related industry is a plus
College Degree in an applicable field such as Business Administration, Agriculture Economics, Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness, Construction Management, Forest Resource Management is ideal, but not required.

TrainingAs a Stribling Equipment Service and Product Support Manager, you will enroll in our 90-day training program that will involve job shadowing and training by experienced Service Managers, training from the various departments with which you will interact on a regular basis, and exposure to our corporate culture and leadership. This field-based training will assist in your education of our industry, customers, and solutions as well as allow you to observe the skills taught in action. Stribling Equipment promotes a safe and drug-free workplace. The successful candidate must pass all pre-employment screenings, which include a background check and drug test upon offer acceptance.
