We also provide parts and service, as well as rental equipment, and training services. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Service and Product Support Manager to lead our team in Jackson, Tennessee.

• Leadership or management experience in an Agricultural, Forestry, Construction or related industry is highly preferred
• Knowledgeable of the Jackson, TN area and its surrounding municipalities
• Proficient in using computers, mobile applications, and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based programs
• Previous experience within a John Deere dealership or related industry is a plus
• College Degree in an applicable field such as Business Administration, Agriculture Economics, Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness, Construction Management, Forest Resource Management is ideal, but not required.

TrainingAs a Stribling Equipment Service and Product Support Manager, you will enroll in our 90-day training program that will involve job shadowing and training by experienced Service Managers, training from the various departments with which you will interact on a regular basis, and exposure to our corporate culture and leadership. This field-based training will assist in your education of our industry, customers, and solutions as well as allow you to observe the skills taught in action.
