Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the store
- Oversee store staff and ensure they are providing excellent customer service
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and stock replenishment
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase loyalty and satisfaction
- Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating store employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other managers to achieve overall business objectives
Experience:
- Previous experience in administrative or store management roles
- Strong knowledge of stock management and sales management principles
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in math, including retail math calculations
- Familiarity with market trends and retail management best practices
- Experience in training and development of employees is a plus
