What You'll Do

• Lead with integrity and build a culture of respectful accountability
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site operations
• Strive to exceed sales goals, deliver on KPI's, and organic store growth
• Effective P&L management to include proper inventory/ordering of supplies
• Recruit, develop, train, and motivate a team that is ready to deliver on the company's mission
• Learn wash process and equipment in order to deliver a high-quality wash to every customer
• Follow standard procedures for cash management to include daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits
• Ensure all safety protocols and standard operating procedures are being followed
• Address all customer escalations with empathy and respect in a calm manner
• Further growth through educational/training opportunities
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
