Who You Are : :
As a Business Development Representative at our company, you'll have the opportunity to work with the latest research tools to identify the most promising leads and engage with them.
Your persuasive communication skills will shine as you connect with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, in-person events, and phone, to convert contacts into leads.
You'll represent our company at exciting industry events, either by networking or showcasing our offerings at a Stride booth.
As an integral part of our commercial team, you'll collaborate, share your progress, and keep everyone informed.
Your performance will be measured by the number of leads and opportunities you generate. Building and nurturing relationships with your contacts will be key to your success, as you guide them through the sales process over time.

What You'll Do : :
Experience selling technology solutions to C-level decision-makers
Proven track record of prospecting via LinkedIn, Email, in-person events, and phone
Ability to craft strong messaging to engage and nurture contacts over time.
Ability to commute to NYC and the surrounding tri-state area for team meetings and industry events.
Ability to travel to industry events outside of the tri-state area from time to time.
What You Bring : :
Requirements for this role :
3 to 4 years of consultative sales experience
Experience selling technology solutions to C-level decision makers
Proven track record of prospecting via Linkedin, Email, in person events and phone
Ability to craft strong messaging to engage and nurture contacts over time
Remote in the NYC and surrounding tri-state area for team meetings and industry events
Additionally, you'll need the ability to travel to industry events outside of the tri-state area from time to time
You’re a bonafide self-starter who has been referred to as a sponge .
You can learn a new solution or service to sell and move forward on your own
You love networking and meeting new people
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
You like using sales tools, are comfortable learning new ones
What We Offer : :
The wage range for this role considers an array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets;
experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. The starting base salary for this role is $50,000 to $70,000 with an OTE of $80,000 to $100,000.
This position reports to the VP of Marketing.
