Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Intake Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in enrolling diabetic and hypertension patients into our comprehensive monitoring service. The ideal candidate will have a strong consultative sales background and be driven by the opportunity to grow and earn bonuses based on their intake sales numbers.
Key Responsibilities:

•  Conduct initial consultations with prospective patients to understand their needs and explain the benefits of our monitoring services.
•  Enroll eligible diabetic and hypertension patients into our monitoring program.
•  Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in our system.
•  Follow up with patients to ensure they are comfortable and satisfied with the services provided.
•  Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
•  Meet or exceed monthly intake sales targets to qualify for bonuses.
•  Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients throughout the intake process.

Qualifications:

•  Proven experience in a consultative sales role, preferably in a healthcare or related field.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•  Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
•  Knowledge of diabetic and hypertension care is a plus but not required.
•  High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.

•  Competitive base salary ($19/hr - $24hr base) with a performance-based bonus structure.
