About the Position:Joining StrideMD as an Intake Specialist means becoming the pivotal first point of contact for potential patients interested in our patient monitoring program. Your role revolves around guiding them through the enrollment process seamlessly, emphasizing effective communication, empathy, and dedication to ensuring a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities:
Initiate contact with potential patients using a sales-oriented approach, introducing them to StrideMD's remote patient monitoring program and assessing their eligibility
Provide comprehensive explanations of our services, address inquiries, and utilize sales techniques to highlight program benefits effectively
Tailor personalized solutions to meet patient needs, closing sales through adept conversation navigation
Assist patients in completing the enrollment process with a sales-driven mindset, ensuring their confidence and support throughout
Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and preferences, utilizing insights to refine sales strategies
Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and team members to streamline the patient intake process and maximize sales opportunities
Exceed targets for patient engagement and enrollment, contributing significantly to program growth and success
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in sales or client-facing roles
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service while excelling in salesmanship
Empathy and a patient-centered approach to interactions, complemented by persuasive sales abilities
Resilience and motivation to tackle challenges, maintaining a positive and determined attitude
Qualifications:
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
Previous experience in sales-driven roles such as sales representative or account executive
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a history of successful sales engagements
Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies, particularly in the healthcare sector
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proactive and self-motivated approach, driven by a passion for sales excellence
While a bachelor's degree is preferred, relevant sales experience will be considered
Total Compensation between $45,000 - $70,000 Benefits:
