Be part of a team where the clients and employees come first.Job Description:Speech Language Pathologists are responsible for conducting assessments, developing, monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans, providing direct services to clients in the clinic, parent training, documentation, therapy planning and material making, augmentative alternative communication device management and providing support to registered behavior technicians in implementation of communication plans.Collaborate with the team to complete assessments in speech, language, and functional communication skills.Develop goals and objectives based on evaluation and assessment resultsImplement Augmentative Alternative Communication plans provided by the supervising SLP/ATP.Complete timely and thorough reports; treatment plans, assessment summaries, etc.Analyze client dataMaintain and modify treatment plansProvide direct therapeutic services in the clinicsCollect data during sessionsEnsure clients are meeting or exceeding their goalsManage student devices and materials as neededProvide parent training with the support of the consulting SLP/AAC specialist if needed
